Cuffe and Lacey Associates was established in early 2018 by Michelle Cuffe and Felicity Lacey, the directors of Excel Fostering Ltd. The Cuffe and Lacey Team consists of Social Workers, Therapists, Volunteers and other highly qualified professionals. Our simple aim is to achieve excellent outcomes for children and young people, supported by parents and Local Authorities, by providing a highly professional and quality service. Our Specialist team are highly experienced and qualified in many different therapies and assessment techniques, and boast a large community of specialist consultants who work with our organisation.

Between Michelle and Felicity they have over 50 years of experience in the Social Work Sector, working across a range of different areas such as Children’s Rights, Residential Care Homes, Inspection, and Most recently Foster Care. Their ability to co-ordinate and work with other professionals is only surpassed by their passion for positive outcomes for children and young people. This ethos flows through Cuffe and Lacey creating a passionate and caring workforce that strives to achieve great things for all children and young people.
